Returns and Refunds

DUE TO COVID-19 , we are not accepting clothing returns due to hygiene concerns.

If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or Exchange. We accept returns for 10 days after receipt of the item, but all returns must be unworn and in original condition. Please remember that we do not provide for the return shipping and there is a 15% restocking fee. Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). 

Should a customer refuse a delivery as an attempt to cancel an order or decides to return an order that has been processed and shipped, the customer still assumes full return liability and costs of 15% restocking fee. The original (initial) shipping costs will not be refunded.
Shoes must be in original box & box may not be used as the shipping box.
Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on swimwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way.
Final Sales: Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered can not be taken back. As lingerie and swimwear is delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed. All sales are final on the following items: panties, thongs, men's boxers & thongs, hosiery, pasties, pastie glue, wigs and wig accessories, eyelashes, eyelash accessories, body creams, gels, vibrators, adhesive items or any similar romantic gifts & body jewelry at management's discretion (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Halloween Return Policy - September 1st - October 31st

In order to process and deliver your Halloween costume and accessories promptly, all purchases made between September 1st and October 31st can be returned for store credit only.
